In this article we are discussing the process of changing Indane gas address within the same distributor. It means your distributor will be same but your delivery address will be changed.

 

Suppose you are in a rented house in a city. For some reasons you have changed your rented house in the same city or same area. In such conditions you should change your delivery address of Indane gas. Then you can apply it online. Many customers of Indane gas wanted to know the online process. That is why we are discussing the process on this article.

 

How to apply for address change in Indane gas connection online:

We are discussing the process through Indianoil ONE mobile app. If you have not registered in this app then register in the app first then follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to Indianoil ONE mobile app and click on the cylinder image (New Connection) option.

 

STEP 2: Two options will be appeared. One is ‘Login’ and the other is ‘Sign Up’. Click on the ‘Login’ option here. You can register on clicking on ‘Sign Up’.

 

STEP 3: You are asked to login to your account by entering Indane gas registered mobile number and password. After entering the details click on ‘Login’ button.

 

STEP 4: Now you are logged in to your Indane gas account. On this page on the left side top corner you will see a (menu) three line option. Click on this option.

 

STEP 5: A list of some different options will be appeared. Click on the first option ‘LPG’.

 

STEP 6: You will see ‘domestic connection’ and ‘commercial connection’ two sections on this page. Click on the link ‘Apply/ View connection’ under domestic connection.

 

STEP 7: Your LPG dashboard will be appeared on the screen. Scroll down the page to the ‘Mange Service’ section. You will see an option “Address Change”. Click on this option here.

 

STEP 8: You will be redirected to “Address Change’ page. You will see a line ‘Distributor same but address changed’. It means your distributor will not be changed only delivery address will change.

 

You will see your connection details on the top of the page. Under the connection details you are asked to enter your new address. Enter all the address line here and scroll down the page.

 

Now go to the proof of address section. Select one proof of address document name from the drop down menu. Enter the number of the proof of address document and upload the documents image. Finally click on ‘Submit’.

 

STEP 9: A message will be displayed. “Your change Address request has been submitted successfully.” You will also see your request no. here. Note the request number for further communication.

 

Generally it takes 7-10 days to update the address. But many of the distributors don’t do the online address change process. Therefore you can contact Indane customer service number or can do it form distributor’s office.
