Bank of India customer and you are using Central Bank of India mobile banking
app Cent mobile app. Suppose you have forgotten your login MPIN of Cent Mobile
app. Then how to reset Cent mobile MPIN?
Many times some of Central bank customers confused
while they forgot the MPIN. They don’t know what to do now, how to get Cent
Mobile new MPIN? Then they started to search in Google. That is why we are discussing
the process of resetting MPIN of Cent Mobile app on this article. If you are

How
to reset forgot MPIN in Cent Mobile app:
In this process you will need your ATM card or
internet banking user Id & password or branch generated token. Hence keep
anyone of them handy to reset the password. We are discussing the process using
Central Bank of India debit card. Hence keep the ATM card handy. Now follow the
following steps.
STEP
1:
Go to Cent mobile app. You will be asked to enter your MPIN to login. You will see
a link “Forgot Credentials”. Click on this link.
STEP
2:
A new page will appear. Here you will see three options forgot user Id, forgot
login password (MPIN) and forgot transaction password. Select the second option
“forgot login password (MPIN).
Then you have to enter the account’s CIF number.
Enter the CIF number of your Central Bank account. Finally click on ‘submit’.
STEP
3:
An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number with your account. Enter
the OTP and click on ‘Proceed’.

4:
You will be on the user authentication page. Here you will see three options
one is I have debit card, second is I have internet banking and the third is I
have bank generated token number. Select the first one i.e. I have debit card
here.
Then enter the debit card number and expiry month and
year on the respective boxes. After entering the details click on ‘Submit’.
STEP
5:
A message will be appeared on the screen. It says “debit card validation
completed successfully’.
STEP
6:
Now you are asked to enter your new MPIN and the confirm MPIN. Enter both on
the boxes. Keep in mind that the MPIN should not consist like 1111, 2222, 1234,
4567 etc.
As you enter your MPINs click on ‘Submit’.
STEP
7:
As you click on ‘submit’ on the above step. A message will be appeared ‘Login
page has been change successfully’.
From now you can use your new MPIN to login to Cent
Mobile app. This is the process how to reset Central Bank of India mobile
banking MPIN.
