STEP 2: You will see two options “Buy Online” and “Services”. Click on the option “Services”.

 

STEP 3: As you click on “Services” a list of some options will be appeared on the screen. Click on “Download Policy” option here.

 

STEP 4: In this page you are asked to enter your mobile number or email Id which you have given at the time of policy buying. Enter your mobile number and click on “Send OTP”.

 

STEP 5: An OTP will be received on your mobile number. Enter the OTP and captcha question answer and click on “Verify OTP”.

 

STEP 6: You will see your National Insurance Company policies on this page. You will also see download symbol against each policy details. Click on the download symbol against the policy for which you want to download the policy.

 

STEP 7: Your policy will be downloaded.
