Many times SBI customers don’t want to receive e-statement on email. While you register for SBI internet banking then you need to register an email to SBI account. After registration SBI started to send e-statement to registered email. But you don’t want to receive statement on email. In such conditions how to deregister e-statement on SBI?

How to stop SBI e-statement on email:

We are discussing the process through Yono SBI mobile app. If you have not registered on Yono SBI then register first and then follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to Yono SBI and login to your account.

 

STEP 2: Now you are logged in to your account and you are on the dashboard of your account. See on the bottom line of the page and click on the ‘Service Requests” option.

 

STEP 3: Some more options will be appeared on the screen. Click on the ‘View More’ link out of the options.

 

STEP 4: Now you will be redirected to the service request page. Here you will find many more service request options. Click on the option ‘Account’ out of them.

 

 

STEP 5: You will be redirected to another service request page. On this page again open some service request options. Click on the “Mange e-Statements” option from the options.

 

STEP 6: In this page you will see two options one is register and the other is deregister. You will see ‘all your accounts are registered for e-statements’ under register option.

 

Click on the option deregister here. You are asked to select your account number for which you want to deregister e-statement. Select the account number first. You will also see your email address on this page. Click on “Stop e-statements” button to deregister SBI e-statement on email.
