We are discussing the process through Jio website. We can pay Jio bill in two ways. To know the process of paying Jio bills follow the following steps.

 

1^st Process:

STEP 1: Go to https://jio.com

 

STEP 2: On the home page of Jio website, click on the mobile option on the top bar of the page.

 

STEP 3: Now you will be on mobile connection related page. Scroll down the page. On this page you will see a section “Recharge or pay bills” and other two options pre-paid and post-paid. Click on the “Post Paid” here.

 

STEP 4: Now enter the mobile number for which you have to pay bills. Ask the person how much bill he has to paid. Enter the bill amount to be paid here and click on ‘Pay’.

 

STEP 5: You will be redirected to the payment page. Here you will find various payment options. Complete the transaction through any option.

 

In this process if you have paid some amount extra than the actual bill amount then don’t worry. The extra amount paid will be adjusted on the next bill.

2^nd process:

STEP 1: Go to https://jio.com and open the home page of the website.

 

STEP 2: Click on the mobile option and scroll down the page.

 

STEP 3: Select the option “post-paid’ under the “Recharge or pay bill” section.

 

STEP 4: Enter the mobile number which bill to be paid. Then click on the link “view bill summary”.

 

STEP 5: An OTP will be sent to the mobile number you have entered. Enter the OTP and click on ‘Verify’.

 

STEP 6: It will fetch your bill amount and the bill amount will be displayed on the screen. Select the bill amount displayed on the screen and click on “Pay”.

 

STEP 7: You will be redirected to the payment page. Select anyone of the payment options displayed on the screen. And complete the transaction.

 

STEP 8: On successful transaction “successful payment’ message will be displayed. Your transaction details will also be appeared on the screen.
