How to download Ayushman card?

 

Hello guys, in this article we are discussing on the topic “how to download Ayushman card”. If you have applied for Ayushman card and you want to download the card or check your Ayushman card then how to download Ayushman card online?

 

Many peoples wanted to know their Ayushman card is generated or not. If their card is generated and they have not received the card yet, then they can download the card. But they don’t know the process of downloading Ayushman card. That is why we are discussing the step by step process on the following paragraphs.

 

How to download Ayushman card:

To download Ayushman card you will be needed your mobile number linked with Aadhaar and Ayushman card. Hence keep handy the mobile which was given at the time of applying Ayushman and Aadhaar. Now follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to the website or click on the link https://beneficiary.nha.gov.in/

 

STEP 2: Now you are on the Ayushman beneficiary’s website. To login you have to enter some details. First select login as “Beneficiary”.

 

Then enter the captcha code shown on the page, enter your mobile number which was given at the time of applying for Ayushman card. Then click on ‘Verify”.

 

An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and captcha. Finally click on login button.

 

STEP 2: Now you are logged in to beneficiary account. In this page you have to select scheme first. Select the scheme as PMJAY. Then select your state, sub scheme as PMJAY, district and search by as family Id.

 

As you select search by as family Id you are asked to enter your family Id number and captcha code. Enter the family Id number which you have given at the time of application for Ayushman. Most of the peoples given ration card number. So enter your ration card number and enter the captcha code displayed on the screen.

 

As you enter the details it asked search symbol will be appeared on the screen. Click on this search symbol here.

 

STEP 3: You will be redirected to another page. In this page you will see your family members name and the status of Ayusman cards. You can download the card from this page if the status is shown ‘Approved’.

 

So to download the Ayusman card click on the download symbol against the person for which you want to download the card.

 

STEP 4: As you click on the download symbol last four number of Aadhaar number of that person will be appeared on the screen. Click on the ‘verify’ button against the Aadhar number.

 

A declaration will be appeared on the screen. Read the declaration and trick on the box before “Yes I wish to create” and click on ‘allow’ button.

 

STEP 5: You will receive two OTP; one is beneficiary’s Aadhaar OTP and beneficiary’s Mobile OTP. Enter both OTP on the pop up window and click on ‘Authenticate’.

 

STEP 6: You will see the name and photo of the personnel of your family who’s Ayushman card are approved on the screen. Select the person for whom you have to download the card.

 

As you select the person you are asked to select authentication by. Select any one name of family members and select ‘Aadhaar OTP’ option.

 

By selecting ‘Aadhaar OTP’ last four numbers of the selected authentication by person will appear. Click on ‘verify’ here.

 

STEP 7: Again you are asked to read the declaration of Aadhaar authentication. Read the declaration and trick on the box before “Yes I wish to create” and click on ‘Allow”.

 

STEP 8: Again you will received Beneficiary Aadhaar OTP and Beneficiary Mobile OTP. Enter both on the related box.

 

STEP 9: Ayushman card of selected person will be appeared on the screen. You will also see a download button under it. Click on the download button to download the card.
