How to download Bill Payment / Recharge receipt from SBI?

 

Hello friends, in this article we are going to discuss on how to download Bill Payment / Recharge receipt from SBI. If you are a SBI customer and you are paying utility bills, doing recharges using SBI internet baking or mobile banking app like Yono, Yono Lite and you need the bill payment or recharge receipt. Then how to download bill payment receipt in SBI?

 

Many SBI customers need the receipt after paying their bills or doing recharges on SBI. But they don’t know the process how to get bill payment receipt in SBI. Therefore we are discussing the step by step process in this article.

 

How to download Bill Payment / Recharge receipt from SBI:

We are discussing this process through SBI internet banking. Therefore keep your Internet Banking Id, password and mobile number handy. Now follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to SBI internet banking login page and login to your account using your user Id, password and OTP.

 

STEP 2: Now you are on the dashboard of your account. Here on the upper bar of the page you will see “Bill Payments” tab. Click on this tab.

 

STEP 3: Another some options will be appeared under “Bill Payments” on the screen. Click on the first option ‘Pay Bills” on this page.

 

STEP 4: Some instructions will be displayed on the screen. Read the instructions and click on “proceed” button.

 

STEP 5: You will be redirected to SBI bill payment page “SBI Unipay”. Here you will find the various recharges and bill payment options. On the top of the page you will find some tabs. Click on the tab “Transaction History” out of them.

 

STEP 6: As you click on the “Transaction History” your last 6 months bill payments and recharge history will be appeared on the screen. You can also search the transaction period by clicking on “Date Range”.

 

Scroll down the page and on the bottom of the page you will see another option “Load More”. You can also load more transactions by clicking on it.

 

STEP 7: Find your transaction for which you want to download the receipt. Click on the transaction number or receipt download symbol under the transaction details.

 

STEP 8: Your receipt will be appeared on the screen. Go to the bottom of the page. Here you find “Print Receipt” and “Download Receipt button”. Click anyone of the button to download the receipt. As you click on download receipt button your receipt will be downloaded on your device.

 

This is the process how to download bill payment/ recharge receipt from SBI. It doesn’t matter from where you have paid the bills whether using SBI internet banking or mobile banking.
