How to delete payee in ICICI Bank account:

In this description we are discussing the process through ICICI mobile banking app iMobile. If you have not registered in iMobile app then register first and follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to iMobile app and login to your account.

 

STEP 2: On the dashboard of the page you will find the option ‘Send Money’. Click on this option here.

 

STEP 3: Now you are on the ‘Send Money’ page. On the bottom of the page you will see some options. Click on the ‘Add/Manage payee’ out of them.

 

STEP 4: On this page you have to select payee type first. It means you have to select the payee account belongs to. If your account is within ICICI Bank then select “ICICI Bank” and if the payee account is another bank account then select “Other Bank”.

 

STEP 5: After selecting the payee type Click on the option “Payee List”. A list of payee which you have added to your account before will be appeared on the screen.

 

Select the account number which you want to delete from the payee list and click on “delete payee” button on the bottom of the page.

 

STEP 6: Now you are asked to enter some grid numbers from your ICICI debit card. Check your ICICI debit card reverse side and enter the grid numbers asked on the screen. After entering the grid numbers click on ‘submit’.

 

STEP 7: A message will be displayed “the payee has been deleted successfully”. Now your payee is deleted from your account.
