to add nominee in SBI fixed deposit online:
We are discussing the process of updating nominee
in SBI e-Fixed deposit through Yono SBI here. If you have not registered on
Yono SBI before then register in Yono SBI first and follow the following steps.
STEP
1:
Go to Yono SBI and login to your account.
STEP
2:
Now you are logged in to your account. You will be on your account’s dashboard.
Here you will see an ‘Accounts’ icon. Click on this icon on this page.
STEP
3:
As you click on ‘accounts’ your linked accounts balances will be appeared on the
screen. Click on the option ‘My Deposits’ out of them.
You will see various deposit option on the page.
Click on the option ‘fixed deposit’ on this page.
STEP
4:
Your existing fixed deposits will be appeared on the screen. Click on the fixed
deposit account number on this page.
STEP
5:
The details of your existing fixed deposit will be displayed on the screen.
Click on the ‘view nominee’ link under nominee option.
STEP
6:
If you have already an existing nominee with this account then it will be seen
on the screen. Here you will see a link ‘edit’. Click on this link here.
STEP
7:
You are asked to enter the nominee name, relation with the nominee, DOB of the
nominee and address. Enter the details here and click on ‘submit’.
STEP
8:
A message will be displayed. It says ‘Nominee details has been updated successfully’.
