How to apply for PMSBY in SBI?

How to apply for PMSBY in SBI:

Before going to enroll in PMSBY you should register in SBI internet banking. If you are already a SBI internet banking user then follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to SBI internet banking login page and login to SBI internet banking first.

 

STEP 2: You are now logged in to your account. Go to the upper bar of the page and click on ‘e-Services’ option.

 

STEP 3: A list of various links will be appeared on the screen. Click on the “Social security Schemes (PMJJBY/PMSBY/APY)” link from the list.

 

STEP 4: You are asked to select your account number here. Select your account number through which you want to enroll for PMSBY and click on ‘Submit’.

 

STEP 5: On this step you have to select the scheme from the drop down menu. Select the scheme as ‘Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana’ and then select your account CIF number from the drop down menu. After selecting these click on ‘submit’.

 

STEP 6: On this page you will see the details of account holder will be appeared on the screen. Scroll down the page and enter the details of nominee as it asked. After entering the details of nominee click on ‘submit’ button.

 

STEP 7: You will be successfully enrolled to PMSBY scheme. The copy of policy will be appeared on the screen. Scroll down the page and click on ‘download’ button to download the policy copy.
