download recharge/bill payment receipt on Airtel app:
On the following steps we are discussing the step by step
process of downloading the payment receipt from Airtel app.
STEP 1: Go to
Airtel Thanks app and open the home page.
STEP 2: Scroll
down the page and go to ‘Quick Links’ section. Under this section you will see
recharge, pay bills, claim OTT etc. Click on the option ‘Recharge’.
STEP 3: Now you
are on the recharge page. Scroll down the page to the end of the page. Here you
will see some other options under more with recharges. Click on ‘Transaction
History’ out of them.
STEP 4: You
will be redirected to ‘transactions’ page. You will see two links recharges and
bills and utilities. Click on the link ‘recharges and bills’ link for recharges
and ‘Utilities’ for utility bill payments.
STEP 5: You
will see a list of recharges and bill payments. Click on the transactions for
which you want to download the payment receipt.
STEP 6: The
payment receipt will be appeared on the screen. If you want to download the
receipt then click on ‘Share’.
STEP 7: Now you
can download the receipt in two ways by sharing
the receipt on whatsAap or email and by clicking on ‘Print’.
Click on the ‘Print’ option from the sharing list.
STEP 8: You
will be on the print page. Select the print option as ‘save as PDF’. Click on
the download PDF symbol.
Your PDF will be downloaded on your device.
