How to download payment receipt in SBI Rewardz:
Before going to download
payment receipt from SBI Rewardz make sure that you have successfully made a
payment using SBI reward points. If so then follow the following steps.
STEP 1: Go
to SBI Yono mobile app and login to your account.
STEP 2:
Click on the ‘SBI Rewardz’ option on the bottom bar of the page.
STEP 3:
Your available reward points will be appeared on the screen. Click on the ‘redeem
now’ tab near the available reward points.
STEP 4: Now
you are at the reward point page. Again click on ‘redeem now’ button.
STEP 5: A
pop up message will be appeared on the screen. Read the message and click on ‘I
agree’ link.
STEP 6:
Now you will be on the SBI Rewardz website. Click on your account symbol on
this page.
STEP 7:
A list of various options will be appeared on the screen. Click on ‘Orders’ out
of them.
STEP 8: Now
your payment history will be appeared on the screen. Here you will find a ‘details’
tab under each payment name. Click on this ‘details’ tab under the name of
payment for which you want to download the receipt.
STEP 9: Your
payment details will be displayed for the selected payment. You will see two
options under the details. One is ‘download receipt’ and the other is ‘raise
complaint’. Click on the ‘download receipt’ option here.
Your receipt will be downloaded
on your device. Moreover if you find difficulty on downloading the receipt from
Yono SBI then go to www.rewardz.sbi, and
download the receipt.
