STEP 2: You will see some search result on the screen. Click on the first search result ‘State Bank of India’.

 

STEP 3: You will be redirected to the SBI net banking page. Scroll the page to the bottom. Here you will find a list of various linked displayed. Click on the link ‘Register complaint of unauthorized transaction’.

 

STEP 4: In this page you are asked to enter your account number and captcha code displayed on the screen. Enter both of the characters and click on ‘Send OTP’ button.

 

STEP 5: Now an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number and email address with the account. You will see the last five digits of your mobile number and some letters of your email address under the box where OTP to be entered.

 

By these displayed characters you can know which mobile number and email address has been linked with your account.
