need the mobile number which was given at the time of policy buying or ticket
booking. If you have the mobile number handy then follow the following steps.
STEP 1: Go to www.godigit.com and open the home page of the
website.
STEP 2: On the home page of the
website you will see a call sign on the right top corner of the page. Place
your cursor on it.
STEP 3: As you
placed the cursor on the call sign you will see ‘sign in’ option. Click on ‘sign
in’ here.
STEP 4: You
will asked to enter your mobile number. Enter the mobile number registered with
the policy and click on ‘continue’.
STEP 5: An OTP
will be sent to your mobile number. Enter the OTP on this page and click on ‘Continue’.
STEP 6: Now you
will be logged in to your digit account. On this page you will see your policy
and policy number. You will also see two options ‘Download Policy’ & ‘Send
Policy via email’.
If you want to download the policy directly on this page then
click on the option ‘download policy’. And click on the option ‘send policy via
email’ to get the policy on email.
