Mobile app or Central Bank internet banking. They can also check KYC update

How to
check Central Bank KYC status:
In this article we are discussing the process through Central
Bank of India mobile banking app Cent Mobile app. If you have not registered in
“Cent mobile app” then register first and follow the following steps.
STEP 1: Go to
your mobile and login to ‘Cent Mobile app’.
STEP 2: Now you
are on the dashboard of your account. In this page you will see different
options. Go to the end of the page and you will see an option ‘Request’. Click
on this option here.
STEP 3: As you
click on ‘Request’ on the above step, you will be redirected to ‘Service
Request’ page. In this page you will find a long list of various options. Find
the option ‘Re KYC confirmation’ out of the options and click on it.
STEP 4: It will
be displayed your KYC updated or not and validity of your KYC.
