STEP 1: Go to IRCTC Connect mobile app and log in to your account.

 

STEP 2: As you logged in to your account you will see the home page. On the bottom of the page you will see some options like Home, Accounts, Transactions and more. Click on ‘Transactions’ option here.

 

STEP 3: You will be redirected to transactions page. In this page you will see a list of various links. Click on the second link ‘Failed Transactions’ out of them.

 

STEP 4: In this page you will see your failed transactions. Here you will see your starting station and destination station, date of booking, transaction number etc. Click on the transaction which details you need to know.

 

STEP 5: The details of your transaction will be displayed on the screen. You will see your payment status, failure reason, refund detail, refund amount etc.
