his current mobile number to Ayushman CAPF card.
In such conditions if you check the OTP is sent to the mobile
number which is linked with individual’s PIS data/personal data in force. So if
he don’t have the mobile number in hand which is linked with PIS data should
change the mobile number in PIS.

How to
update mobile number in Ayushman CAPF card:
Before going to update mobile number in Ayushman CAPF card we
should know that
As we mentioned above there is no online process where an
individual can update mobile number in Ayushman CAPF card online. For that you
can do two things.
One is, if you know your establishment clerk who is doing the
PIS or personal data related works of your department, you can approach directly
to him and request to update the mobile number on your PIS data. If he did it
then you can login to TMS portal with the OTP received in your new mobile. But
once he updates your mobile number it takes 2-24 hours to activate in Ayushman portal. So wait for
at least one day after updated your mobile number. This is fast process.
The second is, suppose you don’t know your office staff who
is doing Ayushman or personal data related works in your department, or you are
serving in company way from your head quarter. In such situation you need to
write an application to update mobile number in PIS/personal data in your department
through proper channel.
Once you have submitted the application in your company
office, your company clerk/writer send your application to your HQ office. And
in HQ office the when the dealing clerk received the application he will change
your mobile number in your PIS/personal data. But it takes sometimes to update in Ayushman portal.
