How to remove channel in Dish TV account?

If you are a Dish TV customer and you have added some channels extra from your basic pack and you want to remove the channel from your account. At that conditions how to remove channel from Dish TV account.

 

Many times Dish TV customers added channel with their Dish TV accounts. After sometimes when they don’t need of the channel more and they want to cancel the channel from Dish TV account. But they don’t know how to remove channel from Dish TV account.

 

They search the solutions on Google. Therefore we are describing the step by step process of deleting channel in Dish TV.

 

How to remove channel from Dish TV account:

Before going to delete channel in Dish TV you should have your registered mobile number with Dish TV handy. If so then follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to Dish TV mobile app and open the application.

 

STEP 2: As you open the Dish TV mobile app you will see a three line option on the left top corner of the page. Click on this three line options.

 

STEP 3: After clicking on the three line option some more options will be appeared on the screen. Click on the first option Login/Sign UP here.

 

STEP 4: In this page you are asked to enter your Dish TV VC number of registered mobile number. Enter any one of both and click on ‘request OTP’.

 

STEP 5: An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number with Dish TV. Enter the OTP on this page and click on ‘continue’.

 

STEP 6: In this page you will see the Dish TV account holder’s name and VC number. You will also see your available amount and manage pack option. Click on the option ‘Modify pack’ under ‘manage pack’.

 

STEP 7: Your pack details will be appeared on the screen. Close the details and click on ‘expand’ on the bottom of the page.

 

STEP 8: The channel cart will be appeared on the screen. Here you will see the channels you have added under the paid channels as per SD or HD. To see the channels click on the number of channel shown in this section.

 

STEP 9: Your added channels list will be appeared on the screen. Click on SD or HD to check the added SD or HD channels. Click on the bin symbol against the channel name to delete.

 

STEP 10: Your deleted channel will be removed from the list. Close the page and click on the ‘Expand’ once again. Then you will see your modified pack details. Click on ‘proceed’ on this page.

 

Your request will be accepted and switch on your Dish TV on channel number 99. The channel will be activated on your page within 2-5 minutes.
