Before going to download KV admission form you need to keep the login code, mobile number and DOB of the child. If you have the details then follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to https://kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in and open the home page of the website.

 

STEP 2: When you reach the webpage you will find some links on the right side of the page. Out of them click on the link ‘Print your application’.

 

STEP 3: As you click on ‘Print Your Application’ link you will be redirected to the login page. Here you are asked to enter your login code, DOB of the child, mobile number which you have given at the time of registration and the captcha code shown on the box. Enter all the details correctly and click on ‘Login’.

 

STEP 4: In this page your application submission code and the status of application will be displayed on the top of the page. Scroll down the page and click on the link ‘View Submitted Application’.

 

STEP 5: Now your submitted application form will be displayed on the screen. Go to the bottom of the page and click on the ‘Print application’ button. By clicking on this ‘Print Application’ button you can download or print the application form.
