How to pay mobile bill using Yono SBI:

Before going to pay mobile bill using Yono SBI you should register with Yono SBI app. If you have already registered customer then follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to your mobile and open Yono SBI mobile application.  Log in to your account using MPIN.

 

STEP 2: Now you are logged in to your SBI account. Scroll down the page and click on the link ‘Bill Payments’.

 

STEP 3: You will be redirected to bill payment page. Here you will find various types of biller category. Out of the list select ‘Mobile’ category here.

 

As you select ‘Mobile’ you are asked to select biller location. Select biller location as ‘National’ here. Then you have to select your biller name. Select your network provider’s name here and click on ‘Next’ button.

 

STEP 4: In this page you have to enter mobile number for which you have to pay bill, payable amount, again enter mobile number and then click on ‘Next’ button.

 

STEP 5: You will be redirected to confirmation page. In this page you will see the details which you have entered on the above page. Recheck the details once more and if all are OK then click on ‘Next’ here.

 

STEP 6: An OTP will be received on your registered mobile number with SBI. Enter the OTP on this page and click on ‘Submit’.

 

STEP 7: Successful payment message and payment details will be displayed on the screen. You will also be received message from your network provider company and from SBI.
