How to send money to any account number using ICICI UPI?

 

Hello friends, in this description we are describing the process of how to send money to any account number using ICICI UPI? If you are a ICICI bank customer and you are using ICICI bank UPI then you can easily transfer fund to account number using UPI.

 

Many times we have to send money to a person who has no UPI ID. If we send money to account using mobile banking or internet banking we need to give a charge. But if we send money using UPI it is currently free. Therefore for such person who has no UPI Id but have the account number and you are using ICICI UPI Id, you can easily transfer fund using ICICI UPI to account number.

 

In the following paragraphs we are describing the process how to pay using iMobile UPI to account number.

 

How to send money to any account number using ICICI UPI:

Before going to send money using ICICI UPI to account number you need to activate your ICICI UPI ID first. If you have already activated the ICICI UPI then follow the following steps to transfer fund using ICICI UPI to account number.

 

STEP 1: Go to your mobile and open ICICI Bank mobile banking app iMobile and login to your account.

 

STEP 2: Here you will find ‘UPI Payments’ icon on this page.

 

STEP 3: Your UPI page will be appeared on the screen. Here you will see many options. Out of them click on the first option ‘Send’.

 

STEP 4: As you click on ‘send’ option on the above step a new page will be appeared. In this page you will find two options ‘To UPI Id’ and the other is ‘To account’. Click on the option ‘To account’ here.

 

STEP 5: In this page you are asked to enter payee name, enter account number and confirm account number, amount to be transfer, IFSC code of the account branch and a comment which is optional. After entering all the details click on ‘send’.

 

STEP 6: You will be redirected to pre-confirmation page. Here your details will be displayed once more. Check the details once more and if all are OK then click on ‘submit’.

 

STEP 7: Now you need to enter your MPIN. Enter the MPIN of your app and click on the trick sign. Your payment will be done successfully.
