How to check where your Aadhaar is used in last 6
months:
To know your
Aadhaar authentication history you should have a mobile number which is linked
with Aadhaar. If you have the mobile number linked with Aadhaar then follows
the following steps.
STEP 1: Go to the website www.uidai.gov.in
and open the home page of the website. In this home page you are asked to
select your language first. Select the English language here. Then you are
redirected to the home page of the website.
STEP 2: In this page on the top bar you will see ‘My Aadhaar’ tab. Place the
cursor on this tab. A list of various options will be appeared on the screen. Out
of them click on the option ‘Aadhaar Authentication History’.
STEP 3: As you click on the option ‘Aadhaar Authentication History’ a pop up
message will be displayed. It says that you will be redirected to https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in to
complete your request. Click on OK here.
STEP 4: The My Aadhaar page will be appeared. Click on the ‘Login’ button on
the right side of the page.
As you click on
the ‘login’ button you are asked to enter your Aadhaar number and captcha code
shown on the box. Enter both of them and click on ‘send OTP’. An OTP will be
sent to your mobile number linked with Aadhaar. Enter the mobile number here
and click on ‘login’.
STEP 5: Now you are logged in to your Aadhaar account. In this page you will
see various options under your account. Click on the option ‘Aadhaar
Authentication History’ again.
STEP 6: A new page will appear. In this page you are asked to select modality,
start date and end date. Select the modality as ‘All’, Enter a date range not
excided then 6 months. Finally click on ‘Fetch Authentication History’.
STEP 7: The list of Aadhaar used history with transaction numbers, status,
where is used etc. will be appeared. By checking the details you can identify if
any unwanted uses of Aadhaar.
