How to create Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA Id)

 

Hi friends, in this blog we are discussing on the topic how to create Ayushman Bharat Health Account. ABHA is an account where your health details, treatment, reports etc. will be saved digitally in future. By which your doctor can give treatment studying your previous history of illness.

 

As the Ayushman Bharat scheme is launched by Government ABHA Id also launched. It is not mandatory but in future it may be helpful for beneficiaries. If you are also want to know how to generate ABHA Id then read the following paragraphs.

 

How to Create Ayushman Bharat Health Account number (ABHA Id):

To create Ayushman Bharat Health Account you need your Aadhaar number or driving license. You should ensure that your mobile number is linked with Aadhaar number. Because of you have to do Aadhaar OTP authentication. Now follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to the website https://healthid.ndhm.gov.in and open the home page of the website.

 

STEP 2: You will see an option ‘Create ABHA number’ on the top of the page. Click on this link on this page.

 

STEP 3: In this page you will see two options of creating ABHA number. One is Using Aadhaar and the other is using Driving license. Select ‘Using Aadhaar’ option and click on ‘Next’ button.

 

STEP 4:  As you click on ‘Next’ button on the above step you will be redirected to another page where you are asked to enter your Aadhaar number. Enter your Aadhaar number here and click on ‘I Agree’ box and then trick on ‘I am not a robot’. When it a blue trick will appear before ‘I am not a robot’ then click on ‘Next’ button.

 

STEP 5: An OTP will be sent to linked mobile number with Aadhaar. Enter the OTP on this page and click on ‘Next’ button.

 

STEP 6: After successful Aadhaar authentication your name, DOB, address as per Aadhaar details will be shown on the screen. Click on ‘Next’ on this page also.

 

STEP 7: A new page will be appeared. Here you have to enter your mobile number. Enter your mobile number and click on ‘Next’.

 

STEP 8: In this page you are asked to enter your email Id. Enter your email Id here. You can also skip this page by clicking on ‘Skip for now’. Enter your email Id and click on ‘Get OTP’.

 

STEP 9: An OTP will be received on the email address entered by you on the above step. Enter the OTP here and click on ‘Continue’.

 

STEP 10: ABHA number has now been created and your ABHA number will be displayed on the screen. It also be sent to your registered mobile number.
