How to check transaction status in Cent mobile app?

Many of Central Bank customers confused when they use Central Bank Mobile Banking app or Central Bank internet banking. They don’t know how to check transaction history in Central Bank Of India. This is why we are discussing on the topic.

 

How to check transaction status in Cent Mobile app:

To know transaction status using Cent Mobile app you need to make a transaction using this app. Only then you can know CBI transaction status. Now follow the following steps to know the process how to check CBI transaction status.

 

STEP 1: Go to Cent Mobile app and login with your username and 4 digit MPIN.

 

STEP 2: After login you will be redirected to your account’s dashboard. In this page you will see an option ‘Transact’. Click on this option here.

 

STEP 3: As you click on ‘Transact’ on the above steps you will be redirected to another page. In this page you will see two options one is ‘Recent transactions’ and the other is ‘search transactions’. The recent transactions you have done will be displayed under ‘Recent transactions’. Here click on ‘Search Transactions’.

 

STEP 4: Now you are on the transaction history page. Here you are asked to select any one option search by transaction Id or search by duration. Here if you know the transaction Id, then select the option ‘search by transaction Id’. If you don’t know the transaction Id then, select ‘Search by duration’.

STEP 5: You have to select the duration ‘From date’ and ‘To date’ from the drop down menu and click on ‘OK’.

 

STEP 6: The transactions you have made recently were displayed on the screen you will also see the transaction number and the successful and not completed etc.
