STEP 1: Go to the website www.airasia.co.in

 

STEP 2: Now you on Air Asia website. Here you will see an option ‘Manage’ on the top bar of the page. Click on this option.

 

STEP 3: Another page will appear. Here you are asked to enter your PNR and last name or first name of the passenger. But we don’t have the PNR number. Hence trick on the box before the term ‘‘I’d like to retrieve itinerary without PNR’. And then enter departure date, e-mail / mobile number’ which you have given at the time of ticket booking. And click on the ‘Get itinerary’ option.

 

STEP 4:  In this page you will find your ticket details. You will passenger name, PNR number, flight details etc. On the bottom of the page you will see an ‘Itinerary’ option. Click on this option.

 

STEP 5: Now your ticket will be appeared on the screen. Click on the ‘Print’ button to print or download the ticket. You can also send this ticket to your e-mail address which you have already given at the time of ticket booking. Click on the ‘e-mail’ button to send the ticket on mail.
