How to check NPS virtual account status?

 

Hi friends, in this blog we are going to discuss about how to check NPS virtual account status. We all know that NPS launched D remit facility for their customers. In this facility one can generate a virtual Id against your NPS account.  It may Tier I or Tier II. Once the virtual account number generated then one can transfer money directly using their internet banking and get same day NAV.

How to check NPS virtual account status:

If you have applied for NPS virtual Id recently and want to check the status online then follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to your mobile and open the NPS mobile application on your mobile. Click on the ‘login’ button to login to your account.

 

STEP 2: As you click on ‘login’ button a new page will open. Here you need to enter your PRAN number and password. Enter the both and finally click on

‘login’ button.

 

STEP 3: Now you are logged in to your account. You will see a three line option on the top left of the page.

 

Some more options will be displayed. Click on the option ‘Status view’ from the list of options.

 

STEP 4: As you click on the option ‘Status View’ on the above step. A new page will open. In this page you will see some other options. Click on the option ‘virtual Id’ from the list of the options.

 

STEP 5: In this page you need to enter the acknowledgement number which you have received at the time of apply for virtual Id or the date range in between which date range you have applied for virtual account. Select the from date and to date here and click on ‘submit’ button.

 

STEP 6: Now your virtual Id details will be displayed on the screen. You will see the acknowledgement number about which we have mentioned above, virtual account number, virtual Id for tier type, IFSC of virtual account number, the status of virtual Id.
