enter your user name, password and captcha code to login to your account. But
if you have forgotten the login password, then enter your user name and then
click on forgot user name/password option.

After click on the option forgot user name/password a new page will appear.
Here you need to enter your user name, date of birth and captcha code. After
entering the details click on the ‘Next’ button.
STEP4:
Now an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number or e-mail. Now enter
your user name, OTP, new password, confirm password and then click on ‘submit’.
STEP
5:
A massage will be displayed. It says that your password changed successfully. Please
keep your password safe for future use.
