How to check Covid vaccination certificate correction status

 

Hi guys in this video we are discussing about how to check covid vaccination certificate correction status. Recently government has introduced the option of apply for making correction in Covid vaccination certificate. If anybody has applied for make changes in Covid vaccine certificate then he or she can check the status of correction online.

 

By checking the status of Covid vaccine certificate anybody can know is their certificate is corrected or denied to make correction. Once the correction is done he or she can download the new certificate from the cowin portal.

 

How to check Covid vaccination certificate correction status:

If you have applied for correction in Covid vaccination certificate then you can check the status. To check Covid vaccination certificate correction status follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to www.cowin.gov.in and open the home page of the website.

 

STEP 2: In this page you will see an option ‘login/register yourself’. Click on this option.

 

STEP 3: A new page will open here you are asked to enter your mobile number here. Enter the mobile number which you have given at the time of registration for Covid vaccination. And then click on ‘Get OTP’ option.

 

STEP 4: An OTP will be received on the mobile number you have entered on the above page. Enter the OTP on this page and click on the button ‘verify and proceed’.

 

STEP 5: Now you are logged in to your Covid vaccination account. In this page your vaccination details will be displayed. On the top of this page you will see an option ‘Track Request’. Click on this option.

 

STEP 6: As you clicked on the ‘Track Request’ option, your Covid vaccination certificate correction status will be displayed on the screen. Here you will see Ref. Id, Member name, Issues and status.

 

The successful updated status will be displayed here. If your certificate is denied to update or for any issue you can call on this number 0120-4473222. Now you can download the new certificate by clicking on ‘Certificate’ option on the previous page. Once the certificate is updated you can’t retrieve the old certificate again. You can update the certificate only once.
