How to download Covid vaccination certificate in DigiLocker:

Before proceeding for the Covid vaccination certificate download from DigilocKer mobile application you need to download and install the application from Google Play store. After installing the application you need to create an account in it. If you have already an account then you start by login to your DogiLocker application.

 

STEP 1: Open the DigiLocker mobile application on your mobile. After opening the app click on the ‘Get Started’ link on the top of the page.

 

STEP 2: You will redirected to DigiLocker account’s login page. Click on the option ‘Create Account’ just under the Sign in button.

 

STEP 3: A form will appear, here you are asked to enter your name as on Aadhaar card, Date of birth as on Aadhaar, select male-female, your mobile number and e-mail Id and a security PIN of your choice. After entering all the required details correctly click on ‘Submit’ button.

 

STEP 4: You will be received an OPT on the mobile number entered on the above step. Enter the OTP here and click on ‘Submit’. The OTP will be expired after 10 minutes.

 

STEP 5: Now a new page will open here you are asked to set a user name. Enter a user name as you like and click on ‘Submit’.

 

A massage will be displayed saying that your user name is successfully created.

 

STEP 6: Now you will be redirected to the DigiLocker account’s home page. Here you will find various categories. You have to find the category ‘Health’ and then ‘Ministry Of Health and Family Welfare’ option. Click on this option.

 

STEP 7: Another new page will open. Here you will find an option ‘Covid vaccination Certificate’. Click on this option.

 

STEP 8: In this page you will see your name, date of birth and gender. You have to enter the Covid vaccination beneficiary Id here. The beneficiary reference Id or beneficiary Id is that Id which you have received on your mobile after registered for Covid vaccination. Enter that beneficiary Id here, accept the declaration and click on ‘Get Document’ option.

 

STEP 9: Now you will see the link of Covid vaccination certificate in this page. Now click on the three dot line on the right side of the link.  You will see some options view, share, download PDF, download XML etc. Click on the option ‘View’ from the list. Your vaccination certificate will be displayed on the screen.  For download the certificate, click on the option ‘Download PDF or XML’ option.

 

Sometimes, the certificate is no downloaded and it shows some errors. In such conditions you can share the certificate to watchaap, email etc. and can get them form whatsaap and email.
