Government wants to vaccinate more people at less time. After vaccinate a person government issue a vaccination certificate. The certificate can be downloaded online from the website www.cowin.gov.in or form Aarogya Setu mobile application.

And the last way to get the covid vaccination certificate is from the vaccinator.

Download Covid vaccination certificate online India from Cowin website:

To download the Covid vaccination certificate from Cowin website, you need to enter the mobile number which you have entered at the time registration for vaccination. Because of an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number and you have to enter the OTP. Hence keep in mind that the correct mobile number is on your hand. Now follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: We have received a massage from Cowin after you have successfully vaccinated. You will find a link on the massage. You can go through that link or directly go to the website www.cowin.gov.in. (You can download the certificate using your mobile or PC)

 

STEP 2: After clicking on the above said link or going to the home page of the website you will see tow links the first one is ‘Register yourself’ and the second is ‘Register with Aarogya Setu’. Click on the first option ‘Register Yourself’.

 

STEP 3: A new page will open where you will be seen the option Register or login for vaccination. Here you are also asked to enter your mobile number. Enter the mobile number which you have used at the time of vaccination and click on ‘Get OTP’.

 

STEP 4: An OTP will be received on the mobile number which you have entered on the above step. Enter the OTP on this page. Keep in mind that the OTP should be entered within 180 seconds and click on ‘verify’.

 

STEP 5: A new page will open.  In this page you will see the details of your Covid vaccination account. You will see an option ‘Certificate’. Click on that option. As you click on the certificate option the Covid vaccination certificate will be downloaded to your mobile or PC.

 

How to download Covid vaccination certificate using Aarogya Setu app:

You can also download Covid vaccination certificate using Aarogya Setu app in India. To download Covid vaccination certificate through Aarogya Setu app follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Install the Aarogya Setu application on your mobile from Google play store. After installing the application open it on your mobile. After open the app click three times on the ‘Next’ button.

 

STEP 2: Now you will be on the registration page. Click on the button ‘Register now’.

 

STEP 3: In this step you need to give some permission to the app. Click on the ‘I agree’ button on the end of the page. If it asked some more permission then allow all the permissions.

 

STEP 4: You are asked to enter your mobile number here. Enter your mobile number and click on ‘Submit’. An OTP will be sent to your mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on ‘submit’.

 

STEP 5: Now you are logged in to Aarogya Setu app. You will see four main options on the top bar of the page. Click on the option ‘vaccination’.

 

STEP 6: Now again you are asked to enter your mobile number here. Enter the mobile number which you have given at the time of Covid vaccination and click on the ‘proceed to verify’ button.

 

STEP 7: An OTP will be received on your mobile once again. This OTP will be expired after 10 munities. Hence enter the OTP within 10 munities and click on ‘proceed to verify’ button. If the OTP not received then you can resend it after two munities.

 

STEP 8: A new page will open. Here you will see your name and the status as vaccinated. If you scroll down the page then you will also see the details of your vaccination. You will see a beneficiary Id in the details. Copy the Id or note down the beneficiary Id.

 

STEP 9: Now again go to top bar of the page and click on ‘coWIN’ option. A list of options related to vaccinations will be displayed. Find the option ‘vaccination certificate’ and click on ‘proceed’ under this option.

 

STEP 10: In this step you will be on the download certificate page. You have to enter the beneficiary Id on this page which we have copied on the above step. Enter the beneficiary Id here and click on the ‘Get certificate’ button.

 

STEP 11: A new page will open. Here you will see a QR code and you are asked to scan the QR code to download the vaccination certificate. You will also see an option ‘Download PDF’ click on this option. Now the vaccination certificate will be downloaded to your mobile or PC.

 

How to get Covid vaccination certificate from vaccinator (if you have registered wrong mobile number)

The third way to get Covid vaccination certificate is going to the vaccinator. In general you will go to get the certificate from your vaccinator if you will not able to download yourself or if your registered mobile number is wrong. Because of if your mobile number is wrong then you will not receive OTP and can’t log in vaccination account.

 

In such conditions you can request your vaccinator to download your vaccination certificate. They can download your vaccination certificate from their Id. But it will depend on the vaccinator’s mode and willing.
