How to download PPF statement online in SBI?

 

        If you have a PPF account then you may be needed the PPF statement at any time. Mostly it needed at the time of get income tax relaxation. You have to submit your savings to your employer for deduction of income taxes. In that time if you have the PPF account then you can submit your PPF statement for that financial year. To get the PPF statement you need not visit branch. If you have the PPF account in SBI then you can download it within minutes.         To download PPF statement online in SBI you need to register to SBI Internet Banking  first. If you have the Net Banking credentials then you can login to SBI Internet Banking and can download PPF statement very easily. After registering on SBI Net Banking follow the following steps for PPF Statement online SBI.

        * Go to SBI Internet Banking login page and login to your SBI Internet Banking with your Internet Banking credentials. 

         * After Login to your account you will see the account summary page. In this page on the side bar you will find a option 'Account statement' under 'account summary'. Click on this option. 

        

        * When you click on the option 'Account Summary' a new page will open where the own accounts will be displayed. You need to select the PPF account number on the page. 

        * Then select for how much time period you wish to download the statement. You can select the time period by Date, by month, by six month, by financial year. Select the option by FY (PPF Account). Select it as by FY (PPF Account) and then select the financial year clicking on the drop down menu. You can download up to last three years statement. Select it as your need.

        * After select the time period of the statement select the options as you like from the list. The options available are view, download in MS excel format, download in PDF format. Select the option download in PDF format option.

        * finally click on 'Go'.

    

        * Now you have to select the location in your computer where you wish to save the downloads. Select it as desktop then write a name of the downloaded document and click on 'Save' button. The statement will be saved on your deskstop.

 

        * Here go to your desktop open the PDF file saved on your desktop. Now you get your PPF statement. You can take print out of it.
