HOW TO KNOW YOUR PAN NUMBER?

Know your PAN number:

       If you have applied for your PAN card from income tax department recently and you have received massage that your PAN card is issued, but you have not received yet. If you lost or forgot your PAN number and you need to submit your PAN number somewhere urgently. In that case you can easily know your PAN number online.
   
      I describe in this post 'how to know your PAN number online'. Please follow the following steps to view your PAN number.

STEP 1 - Go to https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in , and click on the first search result on the page. It will redirect you to the home page of e-filing income tax India website.

STEP 2 - You will see some option on the left side of the  home page of  Income tax India website. You have to search the option 'Know your PAN/TAN' option and click on it. You can also directly go to the page by clicking here.

STEP 3 - After click on the above option it will redirect to page where you see a form. In this form you have to enter your name, status, gender, date of birth, any of your mobile number etc. Enter all the information correctly and click on 'submit'.

STEP 4 - Now an OTP will receive on the mobile number entered on the previous page. Enter the OTP on this page and click on 'validate'.

STEP 5 - Now in this new page you will see your PAN number, your Name, your jurisdiction etc.
