How to cancel nomination in SBI account online?

Cancellation of Nomination in SBI account:

If you are a SBI customer and you have to need of cancellation of your nominee then you can cancel it through internet banking. Suppose you have add your father as a nominee at the time of account opening in SBI. After 3-4 years you have got married and than you need to change your nomination in the name of your wife. Then you can easily cancel your previous nomination and add new nominee as you want through SBI net banking without visiting brunch. For cancellation a nominee from SBI account you have to follow some simple steps.

Here is the step by step procedure for 'how to cancel nomination in SBI account online without visiting brunch.'

STEP 1 - Go to www.onlinesbi.com and login to personal banking with your SBI internet banking login id and password.

STEP 2 - After login to onlinesbi you will see some options on the upper bar of the page. Here you find an option 'request and enquiry'. You have to hold your cursor on it.Then you see some new option will open under this option. Click on 'more>>' between them.

STEP 3 - A new page will open. Here you see all the options under 'Request and enquiry. Click on the 'online nomination' option between them.

STEP 4 - In this step you will see three option on the top of the page 'register nomination,' 'enquire nomination', and 'cancel nomination'. And bellow the options you see your name, address, brunch name, brunch address, account numbers etc. You have to click on 'cancel nomination' option. click on it. Thereafter select your account number for which you want to cancel nomination and finally click on 'continue'.

STEP 5 - Another new page will open, here you will see your name, address, account number for which you want to cancel your nomination etc. You have to select terms and conditions and click on 'submit'. Click on it.
