How to stop Jio Hotstar subscription auto renewal:

We are going to discuss the process through Jio Hotstar mobile application. In this process you need to login to Hotstar account. So keep the mobile number registered with Jio Hotstar handy. Now follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to Jio Hotstar mobile app and open the app. After opening the app, login to your account.

 

STEP 2:  Now you are logged in to your Jio Hotstar account. Go to the bottom of the page and you will find an option ‘My Space’. Click on this option here.

 

STEP 3: On the top of the page you will see your current plan name. Click on the name of your plan.

 

STEP 4: Your plan’s validity date will be appeared on the screen. You will see another option ‘Cancel’ just below the plan validity. Click on that “Cancel” option here.

 

STEP 5: Some of interesting advertisement will be appeared on the screen. You need to go to the bottom of the page and click on the link “I still want to cancel”.

 

STEP 6: A message will be displayed. It says “Your plan will not be auto renewed, but you can watch until end of your plan validity. No refund will be made”. Here you find a “Cancel auto renewal” button. Click on this button.

 

STEP 7: A message will be displayed “Your super three month plan will terminated on the date of expiry of your plan.
